I'll hopefully be looking to join a team next season since this season is coming to a close in a month or so. When's the next season start? We are Hibernian FC, We Hate Jam Tarts, We Hate Dundee!
The A/B divisions always start mid April, but the over 40 and Mayflower divisions have a bit more staggered schedules which also run during the winter.
Hibernian: Not sure if you're inquiring about over-40s or the A/B divisions. For the over-40s, the second half of the spring-summer season will start after the first half of the season ends on June 20th. My understanding is that at that point the over-40s will be split into an upper and lower half of six teams each. Those teams will then play each other for the second half of the season. This was done last year and I believe the league intends to do this again this year.
I appreciate the reply, but I'm looking to play in the B league. I'm hoping that there is a split in the B league much like your talking about in the over 40 league. Does anyone know if the B league splits like this? If so I'm interested in playing when the split occurs. We are Hibernian FC, We Hate Jam Tarts, We Hate Dundee!
