MSL has space for any adult.
All ages over 18 are welcome. Find your appropriate division below and click here or the blue ‘New players’ button. A division director or team manager will connect you with a team seeking to add to their roster.

All players must register and renew their registration every year. Facilities will not rent fields to us unless all players are registered.
Our Divisions

Over 30
Players must be 30 years of age or older by December 31 of the year in which the division’s season ends. Matches are played weekly on Saturdays and occasionally Sundays. Each team may include up to 3 outfield players + 1 goalkeeper under the age of 30 on a game day roster.
Current teams: Inter Marin, Marin Celtic, Olympic Club 30, Rangers, Redwoods FC, Spurs 30, and Tam United 30

Over 48
Players must be 48 years of age or older by December 31 of the year in which the division’s season ends, with the exception of the goalkeeper, who must be 45 years of age by December 31 of the current year in which the League season ends. Matches are played on Sundays.
Current teams: Ajax, Olympic Club 50, Outsiders, Rangers 48, RM Mavericks, RM Spurs, Seals FC, and Tam United 48

Over 58
Players must be 58 years of age or older by December 31 of the year in which the division’s season ends. Matches are played on Saturday mornings.
Current teams: AC Verdi, FC Americas, RedRum, RM Blues, RMFC 58, and Warriors
